Highland Spring Gorup is seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our HR & Admin team. This roe is based at our beautiful location at our Ochils site in Blackford. If you have excellent interpersonal skills and a “can do “attitude, we would love to hear from you! As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for both external and internal customers. Your role is to ensure that customers needs are met efficiently and professionally while complying with company procedures. What can you expect: Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously in a fast-paced environment Welcome and direct visitors and contractors, ensuring sign-in procedures are followed in line with Health & Safety and QA requirements Manage daily post, including distributing, scanning, and preparing outgoing mail Receive and sign for deliveries, passing items to the correct person and arranging couriers when needed Book and manage meeting rooms, including setting up, clearing down, and organising refreshments Arrange catering when required Monitor and respond to website enquiries, forwarding them to the relevant teams Keep office supplies stocked and organised Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Take the visitor sign-in book to evacuation points during fire alarms Order and process workwear and PPE, including raising purchase orders Manage front door security and staff access cards About you: Previous experience in a similar role Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly verbal communication are paramount for this role Competent IT skills in Microsoft Office and good administration and organisational skills The ability to manage a varied workload and to be proactive in suggesting improvements Enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude.
