Ocean Fitness is looking for a motivated Receptionist to join our dedicated Front Office team. As Receptionist you will be one of the first people hotel guests meet, providing friendly and efficient service to all guests, you will be the face of the hotel. We are looking for a part time working available weekdays and mornings.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Minimum 1 years experience in a hotel reception
• Strong inter-personal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think on your feet.
• Ability to listen and communicate well.
• Well organised with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Fluent in English

• Take responsibility for the day to day running of the Reception as per department standards and procedures, ensuring all inquiries about club membership and fitness classes/ services are answered promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the scheduling of staff and services.
• Always ensure a high standard of customer care .
• Greet all guests and members professionally.
• Enforce all company health and safety regulations, to include carrying out pool checks.
• Take responsibility for pre bookings and bookings of all services and classes offered and ensure that the billing of guest services is carried out correctly and in a timely manner.
• Keep up to date on promotional offers and sell services to guests as per targets set, supporting the department in achieving sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and a high standard of presentation of the desk/reception area.
• Any other duties as may be required by from time to time.
