Description

We are looking to recruit a part time Receptionist for one of our Holiday Parks. The role will be a permanent position, working a 3 days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Fri . However hours may differ during the year as there may be less hours required during out of season . This would be discussed with the suitable candidate and the park manager.

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (required)
  • Administrative experience: 3 years (required
Responsibilities

Taking holiday reservations
Taking payment from customers and issuing receipts
Raising invoices for customers
Talking to customers in person.
Banking.
Credit Control
Dealing with Customers and Suppliers over the phone
Answering phone and Reception Duties
Other Admin and Ad hoc Duties as required by the Business
Liaising with Head Office on a regular basis
The candidate should possess:
Solid Computer Skills, training will be provided for our system.
Excellent Organizational Skills
A Good Telephone Manner
Good Communication skills at all levels
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
