JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a medical or dental office is highly desirable.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an office environment; prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
  • Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
