We provide advanced, non-surgical treatments to help our patients restore mobility, eliminate pain, optimizeing their hormone and improving gut health. Our team is dedicated to excellence, compassion, and delivering a true VIP experience to every patient.
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our valued patients. This role is ideal for someone with prior administrative experience in a cosmetic clinic, medical spa, or dental office who understands the importance of patient experience, professionalism, and detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of administrative/receptionist experience in a cosmetic clinic, dental office, or medical spa (required).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in scheduling software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about patient care.
  • Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $23–$26/hour, based on experience
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, occasional evenings/Saturdays if required)
