Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Receptionist/Patient Scheduler position is to act as a receptionist and scheduler for the Breast Imaging Center in the Oncology Department including scheduling, confirming, maintaining, and monitoring patient appointments, receptionist activities and other general duties. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Serve as the primary receptionist for the Breast Imaging Center within the Oncology Department. Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately and efficiently. Maintain and monitor the appointment calendar to ensure smooth operations. Perform general receptionist duties, including greeting patients and handling inquiries. Support additional administrative tasks as needed to assist the department. Qualifications What You’ll Bring High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year clerical experience in a patient care setting preferred. Basic computer skills are preferred. Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English effectively to perform job duties. Bilingual ability is preferred.
