We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist/Sales Associate to join our Physiotherapy and Massage Clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and services offered in-store.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and other languages as needed, leveraging bilingual or multilingual skills.
