Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for screening and forwarding phone calls; greeting, signing-in and directing clients and visitors; and providing general information regarding Penny Lane services. The Receptionist also ensures the safety and cleanliness in the waiting room areas. Other responsibilities include clerical and miscellaneous administrative tasks, and assisting staff, as needed.  The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Requirements: * Less than a College Degree or at least 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience. * Bilingual Spanish required (verbal and written skillset). * Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.
