Your role is all about creating a warm, organised and professional environment — and each day will bring something different.  What You’ll Be Doing * Welcoming guests with confidence, warmth and a genuine Pepper smile * Managing the reception inbox and directing enquiries clearly and efficiently * Helping with catering, coffee runs, office supplies, small events and onboarding tasks * Raising purchase orders, assigning cab charges, and supporting printing and binding needs * Keeping reception and shared spaces tidy, organised and ready for use * Overseeing meeting room bookings and keeping the schedule running smoothly * Pitching in to support the wider office and admin team whenever needed About you We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people and wants to be at the heart of a buzzing office.
