You will primarily be responsible for answering calls through Microsoft Teams and getting clients through to their relevant fee earners. Excellent phone manner and a polite/friendly disposition essential. You will also organise the post each morning and distribute it accordingly, this will include some scanning/copying and various light admin duties.
While not mandatory, as training will be provided, some experience in the following areas would be beneficial.
· Admin
· Basic Accounting (Quill)
· AML searches
· Inventory management/replacing.
· Microsoft Office literacy
. Microsoft Teams
The successful candidate will ideally come from a receptionist/customer care background and will ensure accurate and timely communication with professional services, clients, administrative staff, and visitors.
