From manual therapy and acupuncture to concussion management and sports injury rehabilitation, we have a team of experienced professionals ready to help you recover and achieve your goals.
We are looking for a Front Desk to join our team .

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail , email and distributing daily
  • Monitoring, tracking, ordering and re-stocking office and clinic supplies
  • Entering patient into our Electronic Medical Record system, etc.)
  • Work Monday to Friday and Saturday ( Half-Day).
  • General office duties such as typing, filing, faxing, photocopying, and scanning to Document Management System, invoicing, basic accounting tasks, account receivable and other office administrative duties.
  • Upkeep of the general office including kitchen, coffee station and treatment rooms & cubicles
  • Producing, managing and drafting various correspondence (electronic or otherwise)
  • Handling client inquiries (telephone and in-person)
  • The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be a self-starter and possess the ability to work independently.
  • Ideally, the candidate will have a thorough understanding of a general office environment as well as experience working with general office equipment.
  • Knowing the Jane app for patient management is an asset

Qualifications

  • Medical Office Assistant experience an asset
  • Experience working with EMR - Jane app is preferred but not required
  • Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong computer abilities
  • Ability to complete light administrative tasks as needed
