The areas #1 Honda dealership is seeking a Full Time Receptionist/Cashier to greet customers and handle inbound calls. The individual should be responsible, upbeat, dress professionally, and able to multi-task.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Excellent interpersonal , and multi-tasking skills;
  • Timely and regular verification of work for accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word software.
  • Excellent calculation skills for cashier accuracy
Responsibilities
  • Cheerfully greet and assist walk-in customers/visitors
  • Answer phones/screen and transfer calls/take messages
  • Receipt credit cards/checks/approve checks online
  • Provide customers with updated information regarding their vehicle
  • Handle customer requests/troubleshoot problems
  • Provide information regarding customer registration and plating
  • Assist office with various administrative duties
