Job Description We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Receptionist (Guest Services Ambassador) to join our front-of-house team within a world renowned insurance organisation in the heart of the City. This is a key client facing role where you will act as the central point of contact for all reception and guest services activity, ensuring a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience for every visitor and colleague. About the Role As a vital member of our Guest Services team, you will support the smooth running of all front of house operations. This is a dynamic and varied position that blends traditional reception duties with broader administrative and coordination responsibilities—no two days are the same. You will play an integral part in maintaining a high standard of service delivery across the building, working closely with internal teams and external partners to uphold an exceptional workplace experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and colleagues, delivering a warm and professional welcome. Manage the visitor management system, room booking system, and external switchboard. Oversee access control, including issuing passes and managing building lockers. Coordinate meeting logistics, ensuring rooms are prepared, equipped, and aligned with business needs. Provide end to end support for client engagements, liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver tailored hospitality services. Maintain a polished and organised front of house environment at all times. What We’re Looking For A confident, polished communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Experience in a corporate reception, guest services, or hospitality environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced setting. A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork. Shifts: 40 Hours per week, with 8-hour shifts from Monday-Friday between 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, on a rotational basis. Salary: £33,496 per annum Qualifications Essential Qualities & Attributes Proactive and Creative: Able to think independently and innovatively, consistently seeking opportunities to elevate the client experience and create memorable moments. Experience & Background Corporate Reception or Luxury Hospitality Experience (Essential): Previous experience within a corporate front of house environment or a five star hospitality setting is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
