We’re looking for a Receptionist (FOH Host) to join our welcome team based at a leading accounting and consulting firm in Liverpool. This is a role where your natural people skills truly shine. What You’ll Be Doing As the first-person colleagues and visitors meet, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience. With a genuine smile and a confident, friendly approach, you’ll help create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. You’ll become a trusted presence in the building—someone people naturally gravitate toward because they know you’ll help them get what they need. Your day will be full of variety, including: Greeting and welcoming staff and visitors with warmth and professionalism Building strong relationships across all levels of the business Supporting meetings and events Managing room bookings Handling incoming calls with clarity and care Staying security-aware and attentive• Keeping the front-of-house area running smoothly with light admin tasks What Makes This Role Special?
