Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Receptionist (Concierge) for our small team based with a neobanking firm operating in a multi-tenanted building in Canary Wharf.
This is a varied Concierge role, where the successful candidate will assist on the front desk, look after meeting rooms and visitors, assist the senior team with business travel needs, whilst maintaining a vigilant approach to the security of the floor.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with rotating shifts between 8am-9pm
Salary: £29,500 per annum.
Qualifications
You will need to be friendly with a passion for providing excellent service, great attention to detail and excellent personal presentation.
Reception experience is essential, preferably within a corporate setting or similar role.
It is also essential to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels.
