Job Description
We have an opportunity for a full time Dental Receptionist to join our Specialist Orthodontic Practice, Portman Smile Clinic in Canterbury, Kent.
At this friendly 3-surgery, specialist Orthodontic practice, we care for both NHS and private patients. You’ll work alongside Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists in this modern and well-equipped practice. Our Canterbury Portman Smile Clinic is one of circa 70 specialist orthodontic practices within PortmanDentex, making us the leading orthodontic provider in the UK.
- Fixed term contract for 9 months to cover maternity leave
- Part time hours (24 hours per week)
- Typical shifts are Wed- 8.30-5.30 Thurs 8.30-5.30 Fri 8.30-5.30
About you

- Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential)
- A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
- The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
- Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
