Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a positive outlook and a ‘can-do’ attitude, to join our busy reception team. The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient service to all of our guests, whilst maintaining high standards of customer service and Resort knowledge. About the role: Welcoming guests to the Resort Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests Responding to day-to-day enquires Ensuring that guest information and welcome packs are correct and ready for issue Having a strong Resort knowledge Dealing with guests face-to-face, by email, and over the telephone Completing daily administrative duties Using in-house systems, alongside Word and Excel Skills & Experience: Proven experience within a customer-facing role Exceptional guest service skills Confident in speaking with both new and returning guests The ability to quickly build a positive relationship with guests Excellent organisational and planning skills The ability to remain calm under pressure Computer literate with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Previous experience of administrative tasks would be an advantage Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) Shift patterns will fall between the hours of 7.30am – 10pm Additional Information Free use of Palms Health & Fitness - Gym and Swimming Pool 30% Discount on products in the shop Discounted holidays for you and your family at both our Hopton-on-Sea and Five Lakes Resorts Free Team Lunch available daily An all-year-round position (not seasonal) Free Parking and on the main Bus Route Cycle to Work Scheme 10% Discount off all products and treatments within Aphrodite Beauty Salon Opportunities to learn and develop across the Resort with Potters Development Academy.
