Description

Lakeside View is a 30 bedded hospital in Willenhall that cares for patients who are 18 years and over in an acute setting.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organised Receptionist to join our team at Lakeside View.
The successful candidate will be a professional and committed individual with relevant experience working in a front-of-house capacity, ideally within a private clinic/hospital.
You will be required to deliver an efficient and high quality service to guests, patients, suppliers and staff. You will greet and assist all arrivals and complete necessary administration work as and when required and also on an adhoc basis. You will manage the front of house area and ensure maximum professionalism at all times.
As part of your role you will also support with workforce coordination, offering assistance with site staffing; making sure each shift is fully staffed through internal employees, bank workers or agency staff.
Experience and requirements:Essential:
Flexibility - Reception will be covered by a 2 week rolling rota of shift patterns consisting of Week one = Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and Week 2 = Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. All 8am - 8pm.
Previous experience as a Receptionist
Experience of dealing with external clients and professionals.
Must be confident in the use of IT systems and software (Phone, email, zoom/teams, Microsoft packages)
The candidate will also have experience in answering phone calls in a professional telephone manner, dealing with customer queries, signposting and redirecting questions.
Sympathetic, approachable and well presented
High level of written and spoken English
Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure managing various demands
Understanding of administrative tasks and the relevant skill set to deal with fast incoming tasks and duties.
Experience of working in a fast paced, changing environment and demonstrable experience of managing own workload in this environment.
