We continue to be very busy and see this only increasing in 2025/26 so we are looking for an outgoing, personable, customer focused Receptionist for our busy Office. You will be will be the front person for our business PRIMARY PURPOSE Reception Clerical processes involved with Building Consent applications Administrative support to a busy Building Consenting Company. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES Manage client inspection bookings via phone and PBC Inspection application Provide a quality, professional service to the clients and customers of PBC. Assist with administrative functions involved with Building Consent applications Ensure digital information is correctly stored on our PBC systems Ensure a clean and tidy office environment You will be surrounded by a well-trained, experienced team of professionals that work together to obtain excellent results for our customers. Responsibilities
