Description Position Summary Carlton Farms is looking for a friendly, reliable, and sharp Receptionist & Projects Associate to be the welcoming voice and face of our office. This role is primarily front desk — you'll be the first person customers and callers connect with — and when things are running smoothly up front, you'll jump in on special projects as they come. No two days will look exactly the same, and we love that. If you're someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates well, and likes to stay busy, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Reception & Front Desk (Primary) Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, both in person and over the phone Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up and call transfers to the appropriate sales representatives or departments Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and general office correspondence Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Special Projects (As Assigned) Assist with data entry projects with a high degree of accuracy Support various departments with electronic-based projects as assigned by the General Manager Provide coverage and support for the retail store as needed Provide general operational support across the business as needs arise Requirements Required Professional, warm, and friendly phone and in-person communication style Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English — strongly preferred Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite — training will be provided Work Environment Full-time, on-site position — Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week Office environment within a meat processing facility Collaborative team culture with a family-owned business atmosphere Opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities over time Benefits Medical, dental, vision &life insurance after 30 days 401(k) with company match after 90 days Paid Time Off (PTO) 7 paid holidays Employee referral program Employee discount
