We are currently recruiting a Receptionist for our store in New York. Duties and responsibilities: Welcome customers visiting our shops and provide information about the shop and its procedures. Support sales consultants during appointments and fittings with useful advice and information to increase sales. Answer phone calls and efficiently direct them to the right people. Schedule, change and cancel appointments and fittings. Ensure satisfactory customer service in the shop throughout the sales process. Support the store manager when introducing the sales consultant to the customer. Prepare order notes and process payments through various payment methods. Check outstanding order forms and manage charges. Follow up with customers who have cancelled their appointment or did not show up on the scheduled day. Review the agenda weekly with the shop manager. Close the cash register and prepare the settlement envelope. Transfer information received from headquarters to the shop team. Prepare and send internal mail at the beginning of the week and at the end of the month. Keep the shop reception and information desks tidy at all times, as well as maintaining the overall image, ensuring that it is in line with internal policy. Collaborate with the rest of the team, informing the shop manager about feedback received from customers. Support shop managers with POS assistance and scheduling appointments and fittings. Offer and serve drinks to customers during the Digital Book phase and at the close of the sale. Support the management of transfers (receipt and dispatch of stock) between shops. Manage requests, storage and replenishment of office supplies. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the premium or luxury brand sector. Someone who is passionate about providing excellent service to our customers with a positive attitude.
