Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised receptionist to support the daily operations of a small, one-person psychology clinic. As the first point of contact for clients, the receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and confidential environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous administrative or reception experience required; experience in a psychology or mental health clinic is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Comfort with technology and appointment scheduling software - plus if you’re familar with Zanda (~PowerDiary)
    This is a small, quiet practice where you will be the sole receptionist on duty. The role is well-suited to someone who is comfortable working independently and appreciates a calm, slower-paced environment. This might suit a mature-aged, semi-retired individual and/or a university student studying psychology.
    We are seeking a receptionist to work two days per week—Mondays and Thursdays, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM—at our clinic located on Burelli Street in Wollongong.
    We are currently accepting applications and scheduling interviews, with the goal of filling the position within the next few weeks. The start date is flexible for the right candidate.
