What You'll Do As our Receptionist, you'll play a key role in supporting our branch operations by: * Greeting patients, visitors, employees, and vendors with professionalism and warmth. * Answering and directing incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service. * Supporting HR-related administrative tasks, including employment verifications and employee documentation. * Assisting branch leadership with administrative and operational projects. * Maintaining organized office records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. * Coordinating office supplies, mail, and general office operations. * Partnering with clinical, operations, and HR teams to ensure a positive employee and client experience. * Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming and organized front office. What Success Looks Like Our Receptionists are expected to: * Create a positive first impression for every patient, employee, and visitor. * Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy. * Operate independently while maintaining strong attention to detail. * Support the branch through efficient, organized administrative work. * Build positive relationships with teammates and contribute to a collaborative office culture. What We're Looking For * Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office coordinator experience. * Healthcare administrative experience strongly preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. * Professional, approachable, and customer-service focused. * Experience with Microsoft Office. * ADP experience preferred.
