A strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in a professional services firm in a similar role. Exposure to Outlook calendar management and EA support is an asset. The successful candidate will be energetic, versatile and willing to expand their skills where necessary. The position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, a sharp attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, a willingness to assist in a wide variety of tasks and learn new office technologies.
