Main Duties: (Full Training Provided)

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Use our computerised hotel system to efficiently process guest details, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Accurately enter billing charges, monitor payments, and ensure that daily takings are balanced.
  • Handle guest queries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring requests are swiftly addressed to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Produce accurate guest accounts upon check-out, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free departure.
  • Adapt your communication style to suit a variety of guest needs, listening actively and resolving issues promptly to provide a personalised experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
  • GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English are essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different situations and guests.
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable manner, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive, supportive environment.
