ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and their families by providing a welcoming first point of contact. You will manage enquiries, schedule appointments, process payments, and provide diary management support to our team of Psychologists.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Managing patient and family enquiries (in person and over the phone).
  • Scheduling bookings and processing appointment payments.
  • Diary management for a team of Psychologists.
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
