Receptionist (m/f/d) - Medical Practice

RASANT Personal-Leasing GmbH is looking for a friendly receptionist (m/f/d) to support a medical practice in 27570 Bremerhaven with immediate effect.

Part-time position with approximately 25–30 hours per week. Regular working hours: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. / Wed: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Your tasks

• Friendly reception and care of patients
• Appointment scheduling and coordination
• Telephone information and processing of inquiries
• Management of patient records
• Support with general administrative tasks

Your profile

• No formal training required
• Experience in reception, service or office work is an advantage.
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Organizational talent and strong communication skills
• Safe use of the PC
• Career changers (m/f/d) are very welcome
