Description

The role: We are looking for a receptionist to join our Team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all clients visiting or telephoning the office. Excellent training will be given but experience of working in a similar role is essential. This is a demanding role in a busy office.

The role includes:

  • Handling all incoming phone calls, taking messages and dealing with general enquiries
  • First point of contact for all clients visiting the offices
  • Managing the reception calendars and conference room bookings
  • Managing the reception area, meeting room calendars and monitoring general information emails
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing post
  • Archiving client files and managing the archive database
  • Logging new Deeds Packs and Wills into relevant databases and organising for storage
  • Assisting with office administration tasks such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, etc

You: You will have experience in a client facing role and are able to deliver exceptional client service. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly, welcoming and professional approach to client care, good organisational and IT skills and attention to detail. You will be well presented, self-motivated and have good initiative. You will need strong time management and administrative skills, be methodical and organised, capable of managing your own workload and able to multitask.
