MATERNITY LEAVE POSITION

We’re seeking a Receptionist to join our busy real estate office and co-working space. This is a key front-desk position that also plays a vital role in graphic design and social media management. You’ll be the welcoming face of our business and a go-to person for agents and clients alike.

SKILLS

  • Prior reception or office administration experience, ideally in real estate or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace,)
  • Clear, confident communication skills—both verbal and written
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to agent needs with efficiency and a smile
