What You’ll Do * Create an Unforgettable First Impression  Greet every guest with confidence, energy, and authenticity. Making them feel welcome the moment they walk in. * Own the Front Desk Experience  Serve as the central point of contact for all guests, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and positive. * Handle High-Volume Communication  Answer and route multi-line phone calls efficiently while maintaining a friendly, polished tone. * Guide the Customer Journey  Direct customers to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, Parts, MotorClothes) and ensure seamless handoffs. * Be the Information Resource  Provide accurate answers regarding dealership operations, hours, events, and general inquiries. * Support the Team  Communicate customer arrivals to sales staff, assist with internal coordination, and jump in where needed. * Keep Things Running Smoothly  Manage incoming/outgoing mail and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. What It Takes to Win in This Role * A naturally friendly, outgoing, and professional presence * Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone * Ability to multi-task and stay composed in a fast-paced environment * A team-first mentality with a willingness to support all departments * Basic computer proficiency and comfort with multi-line phone systems * A proactive mindset. You don’t wait to be told, you step in and help What Sets You Apart * Previous receptionist, hospitality, or customer-facing experience * Experience in a high-energy retail or dealership environment * Passion for motorcycles or the Harley-Davidson lifestyle Working Conditions * Primarily desk-based within a dealership environment * Frequent sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift * Continuous phone and in-person customer interaction * Occasional exposure to noise, exhaust fumes, and a fast-paced shop environment Schedule * Part-time position * Flexible scheduling required, including weekends and peak business hours Why This Role Matters This isn’t just answering phones.
