This is a tremendous opportunity for a Receptionist or Junior Conveyancer. The position is for full-time hours.
This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to verifying and preparing documents. He/she is responsible for processing client information, reviewing data errors and resolving inconsistencies, as well as always exhibit clear and professional communication.
The candidate must be a motivated self-starter able to work with little supervision. Organized, strong attention to detail with efficient follow-up skills, the ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment are all skills that are important to this position.
This role requires someone who is detail-orientated, a team player, contributes to a collaborative, positive environment, and has excellent computer and data skills.

The Conveyancer’s key duties and responsibilities are:

  • Answering phones and booking appointments
  • Taking payments and posting in accounting software
  • Quote clients when they inquire
  • Provide information about our process
  • Reporting letters
  • Drafting personal planning documents
  • Bank dropoffs (must have own car)

Experience required:

  • At least 2 years working as a legal office Receptionist

Education preferred:

  • Post-Secondary
  • Consideration for Legal Administrative Assistant or other Conveyancing Courses

Only candidates with previous legal office administrative/reception/conveyancing positions
Compensation commensurate with experience. Must be happy throwing the occasional ball for Stitch and Cinna, our office French Bulldogs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
