Description This role will primarily deal with customer reception in our showroom and on the phone, along with other administrative and accounting duties as needed. Duties/Responsibilities: Greet customers, answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages. Operates office equipment including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment. Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters. Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must be able to work a rotating Saturday, 7 am – 1 pm. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience handling cash and other forms of payment. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Clerical experience a must. Dealership experience is preferred. General accounting knowledge to include accounts payable and accounts receivable a plus!.
