Dusk Physiotherapy is looking to hire a Full Time/Part Time Receptionist to join our team. We are a busy inter-disciplinary practice offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy services and medical services.
Candidate must be;
- be outgoing, personable, confident, and be able to multi-task efficiently.
- be able to work independently and as part of a team
- be familiar with managing a patient scheduling, billings, invoicing and payments.
- be familiar with point of sale payments (VISA, MC, debit, cash)
- be familiar with insurance companies and processing of health claims.
- be familiar with computer software programs: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and JANE
Salary: $18-$20/hr.
Hours: 24-30 hrs/week Monday-Friday
