WE’RE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE A VACANCY FOR A FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST/REPORT PRODUCTION OFFICER ON A 12-MONTH MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT, BASED AT OUR HALESOWEN OFFICE.

Bradley Environmental Consultants is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable individual to join our team during this period. With over 30 years of trading experience, we’re a highly respected and successful nationwide company—and this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our story.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

The successful candidate must possess a proven and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous reception experience and excellent customer service skills are a must along with previous experience within an administrative role. The ability to work in a team as well as on own initiative is also required, as are accuracy and attention to detail.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
  • A solid background in administrative support
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

A keen eye for detail is especially important when producing reports from technical data. You’ll be expected to interpret information accurately, ensuring outputs are clear, precise, and error-free. A methodical approach and consistency are key, as even minor errors can have a significant impact.
