Description

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Joondalup contact centre based team as Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a crucial role in ensuring they receive the best support and solutions for their RAC product needs and generating leads for our sales team.
This position works on a flexible roster between Monday – Friday 7am – 8.30pm and rotational Saturdays between 8.30am - 5pm.

In this role, you will:

  • Be able to remain composed, think on your feet and provide exception inbound customer service through a high volume of calls while maintaining a warm and professional tone
  • Promptly identify the members needs and transfer to an accurate department using internal systems
  • Assist members with all RAC product inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Handle RAC product policy administration, applications, and cancellations accurately.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport, ensuring a positive member experience from the first point of contact.
  • Identify, acknowledge, follow up, and appropriately address member feedback.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, displaying empathy and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and confident phone manner
  • A team-oriented, flexible, and reliable approach to work.
  • Proficiency in administration, systems, and typing skills.
  • High level of resilience and ability thrive in a busy environment.
