Description

As a Receptionist at EGSH, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. Your professionalism and enthusiasm will set the tone for a positive experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages where necessary.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Providing information and assistance to visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintaining an organized and tidy reception area.
  • Coordinating appointments and managing the schedules for office staff.
  • Performing basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Assisting with organizing meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Multilingual (Russian, German, French, Urdu)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
