JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in office management, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is advantageous
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping practices is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong typing skills with the ability to perform data entry efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
