Position Title: Receptionist/Sales Support Reports to: Sales Support Team Lead PRIMARY Responsibilities: Represent RotoMetrics & Maxcess as the front-line point of contact for customers, callers, & walk-in visitors. Provide administrative support to the Sales Department. Daily Duties: Operate a busy switchboard in a cheerful manner, forwarding calls to the correct team member Greet and direct walk-in visitors and staff new to the organization Book and manage conference rooms, as needed Monitor & distribute Americas CSR emails during CSR absences Answer basic customer questions about order status, ship dates, etc Execute internal Sales Support requests Update the Roto Customer Master upon request: address, name, & other account changes, coordinating as needed with other Maxcess brands File, prepare mail, & distribute customer POs Promote OneMaxcess brand awareness contributing to all brands under Maxcess International. Other duties as assigned to meet departmental and Company objectives. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook & Excel Working knowledge of standard office machines (fax, copier, door buzzer, etc) Ability to identify problems and implement or recommend solutions Able to work in a Team environment Salesforce and/or Oracle experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to work in a seated position during shift. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods delivering orders and supplies.
