This is a full-time, onsite role that is ideal for a dependable and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is key to creating a positive experience for customers, visitors, and internal teams. Your role as a Receptionist will include the following responsibilities: · Excellent communication and customer service in-person, on the phone and email. · Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner · Greet and assist customers, vendors, sales reps, and guests at the front desk · Maintain a clean and organized reception area · Provide general administrative support as needed · Assist with tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry · Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries as assigned · Support team members with additional duties as business needs evolve What we can offer you: · Complete medical, dental and vision insurance options · 401K Retirement plan with company match. · Company paid 50K life insurance. · Paid Time Off · Competitive compensation, depending on experience.
