Reception/ Security Role
To deliver an efficient and high quality service to guests, patients, suppliers and staff. You will greet and assist all arrivals and complete necessary administration work as and when required and also on an adhoc basis. You will manage the front of house area and ensure maximum professionalism at all times.
The ideal candidate will possess great written and verbal communication skills and feel confident speaking and engaging with a wide variety of people, while also having the ability to demonstrate high levels of empathy and confidentiality. At times, this can be a very busy role so this position would suit someone who is able to prioritise, multi task and remain calm under pressure.
IT literacy is preferred with a good understanding of programmes such as Word, Excel, Outlook and the use of Outlook Calendar.
Strong face to face and telephone communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential

Hours - Wednesday – Friday 7:00 am – 7:30pm with 1 hour lunch break (unpaid).
34.5 hours per week.
Nelson House is a modern and spacious 28 bedded locked rehabilitation recovery mental health service providing care for men of adult working age with mental illness. By having a focus on the development of skills for independence the unit provides a positive step for patients, many whose next step will be living in the community. It helps patients learn new ways of managing their conditions and symptoms with the aim of helping to prevent any future relapse. For patients with challenging behaviours, Nelson House helps them to learn skills to change their response to anxiety and distress
