QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational and time-management abilities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Previous experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role is desirable

Responsibilities

· Provide reception and switchboard support to the school
· Receive, sign in, and assist pupils, parents, and other school visitors as appropriate
· Handle telephone calls and deliver messages effectively
· Collate attendance registers for use by teaching staff
· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; record, stamp/frank, and post outgoing mail
