Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex is a £38 m leisure facility which includes the development of Northern Ireland’s first FINA standard 50 metre swimming pool and a £15 m investment from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) administered by Sport Northern Ireland. As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide concise customer information and service with regards to the facility and its offerings. The role will involve a high level of customer interaction, which will be face to face, emails and dealing with queries over the telephone. In addition, there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.
