Honda of Frontenac is seeking a Customer Service Cashier for its Service Department.  As the Customer Service Cashier, you are the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, create a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and support the efficiency and success of our service department. This is a full-time, hourly position in the thriving auto industry, located in St. Louis, Missouri. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor • Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate personnel • Schedule and confirm service appointments using our computer systems • Manage and organize service department paperwork, including invoices and work orders • Process customer payments and accurately maintain financial records • Communicate with customers to provide status updates on their vehicle and address any inquiries or concerns • Maintain a neat reception area to create a welcoming and presentable atmosphere • Support and assist service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks, as needed • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the service department Requirements: • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Professional and positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service Honda of Frontenac provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
