Key Responsibilities: Receive visitors and handle incoming calls and emails. Manage front-desk operations and maintain a professional reception area. Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services. Support general administrative tasks as needed. Assist Fleet Coordinator with vehicle scheduling and records. Maintain documents (licenses, insurance, maintenance logs). Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs. Track fuel, mileage, and driver reports. Qualifications Diploma or bachelor’s in administration or related field. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Strong organization and attention to detail.
