The Shrigley Hall Hotel is situated in the quaint village of Shrigley, near Macclesfield in Cheshire and offers 148 elegant bedrooms
We are seeking a receptionist to work on our busy main reception, ensuring excellent & professional guest service is consistently provided at all times. The role includes the following duties:
· Greeting all guests and visitors to the hotel and offering the warmest of welcomes.
· Taking bookings for all areas of the hotel and answering guest queries.
· Communicating & liaising with team members within the operation.
This is a full time role, which involves working a mixture of shifts and weekends.
