Housed in an extravagant historic mansion, The Shrigley Hall Hotel and Spa enjoys a quiet location with breath-taking views across the Peak District National Park and the Shrigley golf course. The Shrigley Hall Hotel is situated in the quaint village of Shrigley, near Macclesfield in Cheshire and offers 148 elegant bedrooms
We are seeking a receptionist to work on our busy main reception, ensuring excellent & professional guest service is consistently provided at all times. The role includes the following duties:
· Greeting all guests and visitors to the hotel and offering the warmest of welcomes.
· Taking bookings for all areas of the hotel and answering guest queries.
· Communicating & liaising with team members within the operation.
This is a full time role, which involves working a mixture of shifts and weekends.
