This role would put you at the heart of a dynamic and rapidly growing industry with a company that strongly believes in staff development and rewarding loyalty. We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in our Glasgow clinic.

Be present as a patient chaperone when needed
Administration duties - printing/scanning
Handling inbound/outbound telephone calls
Preparing medical notes for the surgeons
Responding to high volume of emails regarding administration/logistic queries
General cleaning and presenting front of house
Who we are looking for
Healthcare background is preferred but not essential
Outgoing with experience of dealing with customers
Meticulous with strong attention to detail
Enthusiastic and ambitious
40 hours per week on a rota bacis.
