Job Description:

  • ·Answering telephone calls promptly
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and taking notes
  • Process invoices and pay outstanding bills for company accounts
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received

Job Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including word, excel and outlook
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
