Description We are a small, close-knit K–8 charter school in Phoenix seeking a Front Office Receptionist who will serve as the heart of our front office and the first impression of our school community. This role is much more than answering phones and greeting visitors—we are looking for someone who brings pure sunshine, genuinely loves working with children and families, and takes pride in serving others with warmth, patience, and care. About the Role The Front Office Receptionist is often the first face and voice our families encounter. This person helps set the tone for a welcoming, safe, and supportive school environment while keeping the front office running smoothly and efficiently.
