We’re looking for a dedicated and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the face of our spa, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing bookings, coordinating service flow, and ensuring each guest receives warm, personalized care from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required; training in office administration is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English and French
  • Arabic is a strong asset, reflecting our spa’s cultural environment
  • A genuine commitment to client well-being and holistic service
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, courteous attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a small team and independently when needed
  • Integrity, punctuality, and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable with computers, scheduling software (like Cojilio), and payment systems
  • Flexibility and willingness to support the team in all aspects of spa operations
  • Performing opening and closing tasks (cleaning, restocking, organizing)

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival and set the tone for their spa journey
  • Create or update guest profiles with accuracy and care
  • Prepare the daily client schedule and ensure files are ready for upcoming treatments
  • Provide clients with required forms and waivers before their appointment
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage and optimize the spa booking schedule using Cojilio
  • Process payments, generate invoices, and review daily transactions
  • Handle opening and closing procedures for the spa and reception area
  • Collaborate with massage therapists and body treatment specialists to coordinate treatment flow
  • Keep the reception, boutique area, and relaxation lounge tidy and inviting
  • Monitor and place orders for front desk and office supplies
  • Close out daily reports, balance transactions, and coordinate with accounting
  • Assist with cleaning and resetting of the front area at closing time
