We are a modern IV Hydration and Wellness Spa dedicated to helping our clients look and feel their best through IV vitamin therapy, wellness injections, and other specialized services. We’re seeking a Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator to be the face of our front desk while also supporting our online presence through content creation and social media management.
This is an excellent opportunity for a college student majoring in Marketing, Communications, or a related field who wants to gain real-world experience in client interaction, social media marketing, and wellness industry operations.

FRONT DESK / CLIENT EXPERIENCE

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
• Process payments and assist with POS system.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable being creative and creating engaging social media content.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy spa environment.
• Professional, polished appearance and customer service mindset.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
